SUNFLOWER HILL POLICIES

Required Deposit (per room):$200 for any 1-night stay, $300 for 2-nights, $400 for 3+ nights (full amount is collected if within 7 days). The remaining balance will be collected prior to arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds: If you cancel 7+ days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a 5% credit card processing fee (based on the deposit, not the total amount). If you cancel within 7 days, you are responsible for the full amount, and a refund will be based on our ability to re-rent the room. No refunds for early departures.
Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. All arrivals will find a welcome letter at the front door as well as a warm greeting from one of our innkeepers.
Check-out: 11:00 AM (check with the innkeeper if you need extra time).
Additional Policies: Because guests come to relax in a peaceful ambiance, children under 10 are rarely allowed. All rooms are non-smoking. Sorry no pets ($300 fee assessed for smoking/pet violations). Room rates are for single or double occupancy. Combined lodging taxes are 14.82%.
