Breakfast at Sunflower Hill is worth waking up to! A healthy, hearty country breakfast buffet is served in the Ranch House dining room or guests may dine outside on the patio. Enjoy a tantalizing entree, home baked pastries and breads, abundant fresh fruit, orange juice and freshly ground coffee daily.
Sunflower Hill specialties include our "Farmer's Casserole," savory quiches, garden vegetable frittatas, breakfast burritos and more. Pastries feature our signature muffins, fresh fruit coffee cakes, and scones. Of course, we also offer pancakes and waffles with toppings like fresh, in-season fruit with whipped cream, our famous "Berry Patch Sauce," or special syrups (have you tried buttermilk syrup? It's amazing!) We bake our own bread and make our family recipe honey-almond granola. Hearty Irish oatmeal is a staple item on our buffet.
Fresh fruit and/or fruit smoothies are always on the breakfast menu. We even make our own fresh fruit freezer jam when our fruit is in season.
Our breakfasts are made-from-scratch homemade and homegrown (as much as possible). We grow many of the vegetables, herbs, berries and fruits in our picturesque Breakfast Garden and the adjacent small orchard.
In the peak of the summer season, the Breakfast Garden overflows with abundant fresh herbs, all kinds of vegetables used in our breakfast menus, and flowers for cutting.
